Not sure many people have noticed this as it doesn't seem to be on the
proposed fix list for PI or on any blogs, but it seems that if you trigger a launch you have to wait for the 3 seconds for the launch to happen otherwise it gets scrubbed.
You cannot trigger a launch and then go deal with extractors while the item is launching.
I think it's a bug as it does seem to be tied to the open CC control window.
Are you meaning if you click out while its doing its 3,2,1, contact countdown? I've accidentally clicked out of that a couple of times, and stopped the launch. I think its a way of you being able to stop one if you didnt mean to. Mind you, at 1,500 isk for a full can, its not a huge amount to loose
